but hey PA is by towns or city so might not make too much a problem.

true... it is by towns but, what will Manc union do if they play Pa, then k2, panic, twisted, and other manchester teams will be down players, for Central sevens...

Good point but only valid if teams choose to play both.
I think common sense will prevail and teams will play where it will serve them best and if they look at the bigger picture they will also see the future is with the PA series.
