All testable bottles have a higher test pressure than their working pressure, that doesnt mean you can fill them above the working pressure.

Of course you don't have to fill them to 4500psi, if that's even possible on most fill rigs.?

We have had 4.5k fills at cpps. Can someone correct me if i'm wrong was it dropped down to 3k fills for insurance?

what i mean is do you actually get 4500psi on a 4500psi fill rig, most i've used give around 4300 ish, sometimes as low as 3900 psi. This may depend on the time of day.

No you don't Tom i agree with you there:) but still i wouldn't want a 3k tank either. This has also sparked my interest due to 2.5k fills at the last Cpps and mention of insurance being less with lower fills? Just out of my interest ;)

And wont have it for a good few weeks yet. None in the country nor will there be for a few weeks. Did it say on the web site they were not in stock ? No ! Am I loosing the will to live ? Yes I hope my money in your bank does you good Mr Fuggle :tsk:
