I recently purchased a rotor lid from allstars2010.
Its been almost 2 weeks now and it hasnt turned up. Ive sent him pm's and posted on his thread but no reply. I cant open a dispute with paypal as i sent the payment owed.
Any advice would be much appreciated.

Don't use the payment owed option unless you trust the person completely and he has not been on the forum since the 1st so may not have read your pm.
