Reg Loose and Pin Stuck, what do I do?

Hi guys.
My bottle is a 4.5k 1.1 litre pure energy and the regulator came slightly unscrewed whilst taking it of my marker. The pin to drain the air is now stick so I don't know if it is safe to fill. Does anyone have any suggestions?

That's the bonnet that is loose, not the whole reg...

It's still less than ideal if you want to keep your fingers, I would suggest draining the remaining air.

But if your pin is stuck, I'm guessing attaching to a marker will not allow it to vent through the ASA ?

It should have two of those set screws, one either side. If you can get the tank empty, loosen the two grub screw slightly and tighten the bonnet back up. Then do the set screws back up, but avoid cranking them down tighter than kylie's hot pants.
