hmm dunno if you can use those andy they might be dot spec
better to find a 3.5 oz co2 tank, they will be a hell of a lot cheaper

The last bottles I bought in the UK were US imports anyway.
Doesn't matter if they are DOT spec. All my 7oz and 3.5oz tanks are DOT stamped.
As long as they have the DOT-7737 stamp which marks them as 2 inch bottles and thus excempt from full regulation.

ok i didnt know that andy thanks :)
3.5 oz tanks are hard to find in the uk, i had to buy mine used and its stamped with 1987 so its quite old
you just have to fish around and post up in the wanted section

My 3.5oz tanks are 1992 and 1994. I have replaced the valves on them recently and i'm about to do the same on my old 7oz. (Well H-Pac are going to do it when I take it in)
I mainly use a couple of new pure energy 9oz tanks that I bought from gunsmoke paintball for about £10 each. only problem is they aren't 2 inch so my butt plates don't fit.
I'll double check the DOT stamps rules with H-Pac when I go over to get my air tanks tested, but I've had my tanks filled without problem at many sites and H-Pac changed the valves on my others..
