A drill I heard about this weekend:

Start a player on each side of the same stand up.
Yell "GO".
Each player tries to bunker the other.

ever watch one of them place cat and mouse with their "bunkerer"? Sweet drill, but a bit easier on the skin if you chrono down abit.

another variation is to place them one or two bunkers away from each other, and they only have 5 seconds to bunker each other...or one is stationary and the other has to do the bunker...the penalty for not moving before the 5 second mark is the rest of the team, waiting, with their guns raised...

Actually the original drill was called Tree of Death and was designed to teach playin' tight while snap shooting
