This is what came back from the Tadao european distributor when I emailed them :
Updates there will be done by Markus Bauer, coach for the SPL Team Dornbirn Daltons. The best place to ask for him is the place where the ZAP paint is handed to the teams, if the setup is like last year it'll be at the boxes of the pitlane.
Otherwise you can ask at the ProCaps booth for him, but I am not sure if everyone the will know him. Planned update times are all-day Thursday and Sunday morning.
