For your thread, Rule 1 applies, and only weekends are free for non-paintball chat.

But from this, you could add a Section called "The Lounge" or something where its for anything offtopic in reason and accesable all the time. But because its all offtopic you could have it that the post count dosnt go up when you post in that section.
