my way of making tea

put the tea bag pour hot water on top of the teabag (lay the bag down wards)
then strain it full on with the spoon
add milk
add suger
stir for delightful taste

your doing it wrong, you should never crush the tea bag as it pushes little bits out of it. Your also adding sugar, which distracts from the tea flavour.
I like tea :p

You're all doing it wrong, you seem to be trying to make tea in the cup itself, hence all the flap over milk before or after. The tea needs to be made in a warm pot, with the water as hot as you can get it (I've heard that a pressure cooker can make an ace cuppa.) Then the (brewed) tea should be added to the milk and not the other way around because if you add milk to hot tea the caseine in the milk tends to be denatured. Natch.
