Read the manual again. See the troubleshooting guide about air leaks between the body and grip frame and follow the advice there.

I wouldn't call the guy if you bought it second hand just yet. The gun is probably fine and its not his fault that you've got a leak at the moment... you just need to learn more about the gun.

Likelyhood is its one of the problems listed in the manual... either that or you've unseated the solenoid gasket. But let's not go there for the moment and it is unlikely that it will be expensive to fix, so don't worry too much.

Solving this over the forums is a pain in the rear - getting it to a tech would be a really good idea and they'll probably have it fixed in no time.

I've gotta go offline now bud, but good luck with it and if you are still having problems, feel free to contact me for help tomorrow.

Make sure you get the screw replaced because if it does slide about then there is always a risk of it breaking off.

To get the velocity back to the right fps turn the screw on the reg all the way in then turn it back out 2 and a half turns. This should be about the right velocity. if not just put it over a chrono and fire a few shots gradually increasing or decreasing the times turned until u get it to the right velocity.

As for the leak, Take out the bolt and check all of the o rings on it. Replace any dmaged ones and give the bolt a clean. Re lube it and replace it.

This should cover all your queries any more just ask.

Over-pressurising Dm's/Pm's can cause bolt o-rings to jump off the seating causing leaks. As above make sure all o-rings are where they should be, and when you look it should look obvious.

Before you play, make sure you chronograph to ensure the fps is less than the site maximum which will be no more than 300fps.

No air leaking from the backcap or barrel, between the frame and marker body sounds closest
This sounds like the noid. Best thing to do would be to take the top of the marker off then air up the gat. This way it would be obvious or not if it is your noid thats gone.

Ive also heard that somethimes they need a little grease under the need (where it sits) otherwise it can leak from that area slightly.

Ignore this advice, follow the troubleshooting guide in the manual and if that doesn't solve the problem, then let us know.

I was dismantling the regulator to check o-rings and anything around shim stack, but i gave up. Everything is back together now.

And now ive just realised when it was gassed up and i was setting up the pressure again, and went waay past 2.5 turn, until it backed all he way, so i now assume the solenoid gasket has blown, is there any way to tell if it has? and how much for a new one?
