I have recently got a Impulse and i have a question. (BTW im new to this so take it slowly

My question is this:
What sort of pressure should i be running at roughly?
And my problem is this:
When dry firing my impulse and some times when firing it with balls in, the bolt goes forward but dosnt recock and sits there and gas hisses out the front, i thought it might be an O ring on the bolt gone but could you please tell me.
