It varys from feild to feild the official recomended age is 12 a few sites let 10 year olds lose and some won't let you play till 14 i hope that helps.

At the site where i work the minimum age limit is 11.
If your unsure about the age limit where you want to go I suggest that you just ring and ask them.

The UKPSF age limit is recomned as 12 notice recomended it is not mandotory or law and as I said varys from site to site.
Like I said earlier there is a site I don't know which but in walse that allows 10 year olds to play. Some sites it's 14 at one time you had to be 16 not that long ago.

At the site i work it was 14 and a year ago their was insurance crack down which boosted the age to 16.
