Air Tank Testing

Hi, can anybody tell me the lifetime of fibe wrap air tanks, i.e. how old they can be before they will be refused to be tested?
Also, how much appoximately can i expect to pay to have a tank tested + where to go to have it tested.

Last test should be on the bottle but its about 15 years from manufacture and Hpac test bottels there the only ones id trust and its about £20-£25 i think! could be wrong

Thanks m8, yeah just that the bottle I woz thinkin of buying hasnt been used in a few years so need new test.
