Bonnet wont come off

Got a newish 3kpsi steelie that i cant for the love of god get the bonnet off.

All air is out, tried heat nothing, even good ol elbow grease but the dam thing wont budge.

No issues on a fiber wrap one i have, it just screws off after the allen grub screws are out.

Any ideas bar sending it off to someone to remove?

Hopefully you havent damaged the internals of the reg with the heat. Why do you want to take it off?

it wasnt anything excessive regarding the heat, so i hope so aswell i was weary of that hence the reluctance to ''over do'' it.

Damaged oring inside....typical!
