Nelson based pumps are easy to work on and are fairly bullet proof,if it leaks then it's a cup seal issue and thats just a case of replacing the oring in the rear asa.

I've just gassed it up and it doe leak, so I will take off the donkey and see if I have a cup seal and spring

It had no spring in the back, now put a spring in it and it works fine.
