Just spoke to Dave on this very subject. He will be posting later this evening, but this is my understanding of the situation.

At present there are 23 teams with deposits paid and one more with a space reserved depending on whether they get their deposit in tomorrow. That would make 3 divisions of 8 teams. Due to the nightmare logistical problems of having more than 8 teams in a division, that's what they will be. So unless a further 8 teams book in by this Wednesday at the latest there will be 3 division, and if a full 8 more pay deposits by then there will be 4 divisions.

I would just like to add that if Jolt and Tigers YG don't end up in the same division you are going to have some really disapointed players.
