My friend needs a .691 freak insert but as i'm ill i've decided to look for 1 myself. ok it would be good if you were to sell 1 around a fiver (i dont know the value of a second hand insert. if you would be so kind to tell me that would help) and as long as there is no big scratches on the the inside imparing performance it will do the job.... thanks for looking!
