I think it is easier to put the bottle in the fridge and then fill it up
Perhaps 90grams will be enough, but i am not shure.

Try this
What i do, is i fill the bottle a little way, then dump the co2 and while dumping the co2 hold it under the tube/tap/whatever it comes out of, i usually keep doin that untill i get a slight frosting on the outside.
it doesnt matter how much u fill it with, i dont think there is a specific amout u can fill it to.
