Need help with my shocker

Hi,
I have a shocker V-sport that is about a year old. However at the moment i'm having trouble with it. It seems to be breaking balls in the barrel the whole time and it doesn't seem to be firing very accurately .

Can anyone help please??

Check the ball detents - sounds like a problem with these.

Otherwise unscrew the bolt and check that the head is not loose.
