there is also a mod for Half-Life, appropriately named Half-life paintball which can be downloaded free from http://www.paintball-mod.net/ - but you do need the net and half-life installed on your computer to be able to play against others

Try going to fileplanet and typing in the searcher, "hlpb" - the keyword paintball will bring up too much stuff I thinks
