Problem with seller

Hey guys,

What is your advice if i have paid for an item but the seller keeps saying they are going to post it but doesnt ...then stops answering messages but I can see they are coming onto the forums ?

I wondered just how long it would be before he was up to his old tricks again. He should have been thrown off the site a long, long time ago.
The mods have his address, ..go and pay him a visit!
