Similar to the rookie pass that is offered at the back of the Kee catalogue, we are currently designing a new website and having some passes designed ready to be printed.
The idea is:
To allow rookies, people new to paintball to enter participating fields with one of our passes
FREE Entree, Free rental Marker, Tank, Mask/Goggles, Air, and 500 free Paintballs(when purchasing 500 paintballs).
We will distribute the passes, including handing out 10k of them and customers can also order free passes from the website.
Hopefully this will help encourage people to try out paintballing, increasing the fields chances of new sales and a chance to try and create new regular players.
In essance once a person receives their free pass they will go to our website, click on Find your nearest field, enter their postcode or town and see a list of their nearest participating fields.
This will include:
Field Name
Location
Telephone
Email
Website
Type of Paintball (Woodball, Speedball, Recreation etc)
Information about the site (500 charactor limit)
They can then contact their chosen field, mention they have a rookie pass, and book in the usual way.
Fields can join and advertise on the site for free.
Now obviously we wouldnt do it if there was nothing in it for us although I'd love to.
On the bottom of every pass it will say sponsored by.... our company.
As a side line, other trades, field and stores can also sponsor free rookie passes and have their logo or web address on the bottom of the pass. We intend on making no money from others advertising, you simply pay for the printing costs and we're send you the passes to distribute or we can send them to customers who request them from our website for you.
The passes are professionally printed and designed and will look great, not crap printed of a computer.
As a courtesy thing, the fed logo/web address, and/or the paintball forum web address can be put on the rear page under the terms and conditions section, as this place does hold the best information on paintballing.

If you own or manage a field and would be happy to join send me your email address in a pm for more details.
If you know a site owner or regularly visit a field please point them in this direction.
Once the site is ready i will post the address and fields can add their details directly on the site.
We won't start advertsiing the site or handing out passes until we have a decent amount of fields signed up first otherwise it will remain a pointless task.
Obviously the greatest expence will be giving out 500 free paintballs, but in the t&cs this is only with the purchase of 500 paintballs. The idea is that the customer will enjoy their day so much they will purchase a lot more balls, and return to the site at a later date and spend more money.
