Shout/Chatbox

Ever thought about having a shout or chatbox so we can just chill and talk instead of posting up in the forums?

You've probably thought about this already, but i couldnt find a thread after my extensive search in the search bar ...."cough"....

so ye YAy or Nay?

Ahh ye thats kinda what i mean. Wasnt really on about a room tho, just a little chatbox at the top of the forums, lets say if someone needed some immediate tech help, or anything like that.

Have rules obv, like no selling stuff, etc. Seen it on a couple of other sites (not paintball tho), it doesnt really take away from the forum because you cant really write massively long things in chatboxes as people just cant be bothered reading them Just an idea

Good idea and Mod's can still Mod it making sure no one is trying to flog something off on there etc.

Seen this on a paintball forum and it would be a nice touch.

Thing is though boys, we would have to man it 24/7, and none of us are paid to do this

The pure satisfaction of participating is not enough to make me want to read a days worth of chat when I get back from work every day!

You could always make a chat thread in the Plat forum. As long as it didnt get illegal or someone tries selling drugs or posts porn, Im sure it will be ok to just chat away paintball and non paintball

Worst that will happen is its crap, and it will get deleted.

Maybe have it activated at certain times like 6-8pm or whenever a Mod is online it activates/they activate it.
Just ideas.
