"squeaky reg" help??

i currently have a centreflag 420 preset reg which makes a rather disturbing pinging noise when i pull the trigger. sort of a cross between a ping and a squeak? could it be the bottle which is a 1.1 fibre wrap angel air one??

just wondering if it is safe to use or will it blow up in my face and make me handsome???

any ideas?

Nah, there's no chance of making you handsome mate, but it's worth a try...

The ping is quite normal, so don't worry.

Usually when/after the tank reg breaks in, the ping will go away.
