Steel bottle with no final date?

I have a 3l 200bar steel bottle (Born 95)with not final date (i.e. design life)

Are design lives only applicable to fibre wrap bottles?

Help please?

Yes I am a split p (second time round) old, slower and certainly not wiser for coming back to the sport.

Monty has not return to playing (he was too old the first time round) but a group (4-7) of us regularly play walkons at Holmbush or Dragon Lair's

talking of cockers - I got myself a black magic cocker (no back block) to use just to remind myself of the old school roots.
