What no Nexus in the Pro Division?

Maybe their credit card got declined like mine did... $%&* credit card companies. What could possibly appear fraudulent about a credit card regularly used in the states being used to charge $1350 to a British location a few minutes after it was used in Wisconsin?

Deadline is still a week away, I'm sure there are quite a few teams not yet listed.
