I have had the op twice now, and the second was by far the worse. I still get pins and needles in my groin, and a patch of skin where i have no sensation. Just make sure you have some one at home with you for the first three days. And stay stocked up on painkillers. and get up and walking after the first day

I was off work for six weeks mate, and im guessing two months before i went near a field. And three months before i felt able to attempt a slide or all the other doggy positions you end up getting in to.
