Okidoki boys and girls, welcome to the tournament forum NEW STYLE!
Yes folks, it's that time of the year where all great designers unveil their new collections, so we thought we'd make you go silly in the head with some new and improved rules for the tournament forum.
Failure to stick to these rules will probably result in your thread, post, or yourself having a sudden visit by the Grim Reaper.

Now before you all start wailing, gnashing your teeth and shouting "Woe is me!", these rules are actually set up to "increase the ease". Yup, that's the new slogan. We will make it easier for you to find what you want in the tournament section. In the past the tournament section has been a quagmire of info, making it hard to find that snippet that you need. Well no more. So read the rules guys!

1) The tournament section is for people playing and organising events or leagues of a lower tier. Millennium Series, NPPL and PSP should all be discussed in the MLT section.
2) After each event, there usually is a big session of backslapping and such, that has no business here. This should (if at all) be done in the AC&Q section.
3) Questions, criticisms or ideas you may have for one of the above events, are perfectly placed in here. Feel free to start a thread, or to join in an ongoing discussion.
4) To keep things clear and easy to find, we will provide the organisation with a sticky thread. That way people will be able to find the communications from the event staff at the top of this forum. You will not get a sticky for each individual event in a series, but rather for one for the whole series (if the event is part of a series that is).
5) Should you be part of the organisation of such an event, please PM me, and I will be happy to help you out setting up the thread.
6) Please do not spam up the threads with questions and discussion, they are meant to be one way only. We kindly request that event organisers also post a thread in which issues with their announcements can be discussed, and put a link to this in their sticky thread.
7) Good examples of series and events that will get a sticky are MPAL, Series 2004 and P8CE.

Thanks people!

Questions or problems with these rules? tough!

edit:

To make the mods lives easier the following rule is now in place.

This thread is for those looking for players and for those players wanting to find a game. This is both for new team members and for players for a tourney.

If you are wanting a player, post your contact details and whether or not you are looking for permanent new members or players for a one off tourney.

If you are a player looking for a tourney/team then post your contact details in here and what you are looking for.

There is to be no chatting in this thread. If you find what you are looking for then contact the relevant parties directly. If you can help out by knowing of someone who can play again contact the parties directly.

If it is two days before a tourney and you still have no joy change your post to red to show its urgency. Any posts outside of this thread will be deleted and you will recieve a ban.

Thanks.
