what air system

lol iv bin playing 4 years now with my own equiptment but running my marker on c02 not air . and its only been recently that iv bin foreing to fast for the c02 and it freezes the barrel and electrics . so any way . im useing a spyder fenix at the moment but im saveing for an allias timmy so i need a good air system that i can use on both those guns . timmys run on low pressure but i dont no wot that means ? dose it mean like 4500psi is high pressure so i need a 300psi air system or what ? any ways can you post a few air systems i can buy and awser the noobish questions iv put down !

4500/3000 psi is the tank pressure,high or low pressure is the output psi from the bottle reg 500 or lower for low pressure,800/850 for high pressure.
a timmy might be able to run at low pressure but a spyder can't ,so you will need a high pressure preset,or a adjustable reg.
the nitroduck extreme is a good bet,adjustable and screws in like a co2 bottle
