Rocknroll, unfortunately I can't say as while I was playing around with buttons when I first got it I managed to reset the count. I've personally only put 2 or 3 cases through, but as it was used by the firm last season I'm guessing it's had a fair few shots through it.

Alas no, but the ego 10 manual (has the 10 software) is easily available on planets site. Everything you see in the pics it comes with. Currently only has 4 of the allen keys as that's all I got with it, but I will make sure it has all the essential ones needed.
