I have posted on some Facebook groups, to let them know. It's a bad scandal, can you do any legal action at all ?

After using Google, I found the image of the banner on PhotoBucket... (http://s265.photobucket.com/albums/ii211/shooting_mad/?action=view&current=wwwshootingmadcouk.jpg&newest=1) and then after looking through his profile found several pictures of cars. Could be possible to track who this guy is via the number plates?
