So how long do your bruises last?

to be honest when i first started playing there were no pads that fitted.
Only last year i started wearing elbow pads...... and even now i never wear knee pads.
Being that I started out playing close quarter urban games i started being shot at close range, so now it just doesn't bother me.

If i get shot in the thighs then it can take weeks. In the arms then about 3 days maybe ?

We'll find out i've got a right corker at the top of my arm. It's still red and no signs of brusing yet

I have a scar from bveiung shot point blank on my rib , so it will go in a round 2800 weeks?

Mine bruise and only last a week or so !!
