They got a new investor but not bought out. Hedge Funds wouldn't outright own anything. They're basically groups of rich dudes who invest in companies like mutual funds.

Spikerz, as you speculate, there is an investor but it's not some faceless bank or corporation as far as I know but do you think Richmond would invest in Dye US bearing in mind the state of the US home market?
