thanks for the advice & i did go with the luxe, which looking at the way dye markers are dropping it seems the better choice.
After doing some basic maintenance on the marker its nothing to hard to keep on top off.

Why do you think that?

I haven't shot a luxe, so I'd be interested in your thoughts Bertz. The guys at punisher's pb said the maintenance in the luxe was incredibly low, something like only 3 o-rings to really worry about. That's pretty appealing.

I'm in the market potentially for a backup gun to my geo 3.1 with IV core. Leaning towards the poppets of PE. Who knows maybe if I can shoot something else it'll clear things up.

I have a couple of luxes and from pulling out the bolt, wiping off the grease, quick visual check of orings, possibly remove front can oring and clean groove with toothbrush and refit, re-greasing and putting it all back in the marker takes me around 5 minutes tops.
