Only thing I'd add is bring back the old catering crew..

With I'm sure well over 600 people on site they seemed to be very short on man/woman power..

And the other catering crew did a mean curry :0)

Apart from the above awesome day.. Loved our first shot at the elite div and can't wait for round 2

Well done Ainsley, Dylan and staff ..

Thanks everyone for the feedback - good and bad, it's all needed!

Yes, toilets - need more.....and positioning will be looked at for the next round. Our plan the week before was to have everyone park on the adjacent field, then have the trade on the new car park. This would mean players would walk down the new road and actually see the toilets by the container. As it happened, it dried out really quick last week, so we parked everyone on our part of the field instead! Typical! However, we'll get some in the staging area for round 2 and still leave a couple in the trade area.

Catering crew.......they were let down the night before by a another couple who normally help them out, and had to draft in another guy last minute. Next time they'll be in a new tent with more equipment and staff. Think they did a good range of food however and the quality was there.

Really enjoyable day after a long time away, great seeing alot of familiar faces. Was really impressed with the site and the thought that had gone in to it.

Only suggestion for the next round apart from what someones mentioned about the toilets (a sign would of done :)), would be to stick an additional chrono area in one of the spaces between fields 5 and 4

Fantastic event. A new chapter in British paintball began this weekend.

Felt the reffing over all was very good but the millennium need to look at their rule book. Leaning over the line is subjective at best and compounded by placing the line too close to the bunkers. The old rule of placing a foot out of bounds was perfectly ok.

I've stuck a few pictures up on Instagram. It's mainly the Sandbaggers but others are featured. http://instagram.com/p/XzWafgohQ7/

Loved the event and looking forward to the next

I have to say I had a really good event. As a late stand in ref on Field 3 (div2/3), I thought the players took to the increased reffing structure very well. If they had a query about a call, they waited until the end so I could explain why it had been made. I thought all of the players on our field behaved very well and made the whole experience a pleasure.

The biggest smile was brought to my face when we finally finished our games and came off the field to see the mound crammed with spectators watching the Elite Div final. I'm sure Ainsley and Dylan have further plans to improve this as a viewing area, and it makes it easier when working on it to know people will appreciate it.

Ainsley and Dylan, you guys have a vision of how you want the site to be and I look forward to seeing what else you have in store.

Bring on round 2!
