Lucky Tech is a trustworthy guy, so I'm sure the problem is with the postal service and not him.

I had a similar problem when I sent out an Ego over Christmas - it never arrived.

Is this within the allocated period of time which Royal Mail will allow a refund? if not then you can wait.

It's close to a month (I made payment on the 9th). Royal Mail will refund up until 3 months from the postage date I believe.
