my post count is so low due to me not ever coming on here as i had no idea of this website untill i was informed by a friend that my brushes were being used.

i have no idea if he is a member of this site i do no that he plays paintballing..
my website is not up and running as yet why?
the frsh foliage and the vector g brushes are my most common downloaded and each time anybody has wanted to make a t/shirt flyer poster etc they have asked.

Because if you're saying they downloaded the brushes from your website yet it's not up and running, it doesn't quite tally up.

your a mod wow thats great.....anyway my brushes and other presets are on a few websites,where i uploaded them and others take them from there.you can pretty much find them on any website where you can download a ps preset.

Actually, it means that if you were wanting to help yourself and provide links proving your claims we could actually help you: e.g. taking down threads, preventing their sale and maybe banning those involved if they persist. But you're not really doing anything other than repeating that they're yours without any evidence.

Heres something for you to look at:

I went to the website where we did get the brushes from. I clicked on the exact brush that was mentioned and followed the website through to a devientart webpage of the owner.
An email address is given on the page and it does not match to either of those given by good fella.
When looking at other designs from this user there are no foliage ones as stated by GOOD FELLA.
The owner is also female.
