hi mate just to let you know that a later starting week night or any time really on a sunday would be best for me and my mates
cheers sam

here is the outcome to todays meeting with Roy,

BYO Paint: No
Air fills & PSI: Inc in price and 3000psi
Chrono Limit: Around 200fps
Are Pyros Allowed? No
Marshals: They have them on site for when we play just like a normal day for them.
Price of Drinks:
- Pint: £3
- Bottle: £2.50
- Bottle of coke ect: £1.50

The Cost of the 3 hour session would be £25 but was not willing to set in stone any cheap rates for us, but did say he will sort it out due to the fact we wouldnt need site equipment ect ect and he cant let us bring our own paint, but they use sterling recball and couldn't believe that we who play at Paintball Park get it for £25 for 2000 so its going to be alot more than that.
He also mentioned that he wouldnt be able to do it every month due to other booking ... even though the only booking he had today when i went down was 3 kids and their mum :p

About the site, its quite small its only the size of the old bowling ally there, but had got about 4 different areas, like prison, bank, allys ect there are a few places that are 2 stages high and another that is 3 high, there are 2 bridges and a checkpoint with motion sensitive light, they have smoke machines and "disco" laser lights with ambient music playing.
It is a nice looking site but not sure how well a game would go as its really dark and the floor is slippery from all that wet paint.

oh yer he also said best day would be a friday night 6-9pm but from the looks of it i think we could sort out a sunday game.

Im willing to go once and try it and take it from there, what do you guys think.

if he says theres no bring your own paint he will probably be charging standra prices per hundred for them which is 8quid per hundred  . now that seems a little steep especially knowing how much they pay for the box.

End of the day if you can promise him a regular turn out once a month, then you have bargaining power. It sounds like he needs your help to promote the place so try to strike a better deal

I have some doubts about a better price being struck, i met with him about 3 weeks ago and he said he is not looking for walkons. His main aim as per his location, is stag and hen do's.

He is situated in the middle of bournemouth town centre in an old bowling alley directly behind the bournemouth night clubs.

before i forget isnt supplying people about to use live firearms with alchohol a slight health and safety and insurance issue?

and before people say about it yes he does have a bar/cafe supplying people who are waiting to play with said drinks.
surely thats illegal.
