05 and 06 is the same.
Nicky wont give them out for free as it wasnt a genuine fault with the manufacture. Be a bit hard to ask Nicky anyway as he is in Columbia for the next month
I would be very surprised if there are any 2nd hand or sare ones floating around as like you have found out they ARE expensive and not normally the sort of thing people spend so much on to keep as a spare.
