Hey guys, Picked up a pump at the weekend for virtually nothing.
In rather bad shape and im in the process of refurbishing the parts :)

The thing thats in the worst shape is the barrel, i know that the ACI barrel has its own thread however i am wondering what is the actual size of the thread as i can get a new barrel machined at work :)

Thanks for reading :)

As an alternative, you can tap the maverick body to take autococker threads, which will probably be easier than finding thread size and producing a good enough quality Trracer threaded barrel. As long as you can find an autococker barrel that'll fit in the pump handle you'd be sorted.

I've seen some that have been done this way on stateside forums, but never a barrel build.

What's wrong with the barrel? If its too big and you've got the tech to machine a barrel you could bore your existing barrel out to take freak inserts.

if i remember correctly it's 15/16" x 20 tpi, but i'll check to make sure.
Yeah thats the size Tom barrels are normaly made a couple of thou under,
though sometimes the bodys are machined a couple of thou up :)

ive used a 15/16" x 20 tap and it worked a treat :)
