Advice on grips design

The colour might not be the best looking but my PMR is olive hence the colour...i feel there is something missing...has anybody got any idea of what it is

just a bit of advice please

bigger MM logo, and mirror it so it goes with the slant of the grips. And some fancy writing.

i'm with spangley, add some texture to back ground, (flames, matrix, clouds) something real easy on photo shop, then maybe increase the logo size so it overlaps the grip so most fits on but not all. give us a p.m. if you want some help, self taught photo hsop wizard.
