Is HPac still in business ?
or any one know any other companies

been a while since I had to have a bottle tested

They are the first place to start with, but testing can be arrange through various sources, preferably HPAC, but you save money by handing over in person and collecting rather than having postage costs.
If you can't get it to HPAC at an event etc then dive centres can often arrange testing

HPAC provide air at lots of tournament and scenario events here in the UK AND Millennium events in Europe.

yes...both will die in 2021
