What is actually wrong with it ?? Just the Eye cover??? Can it be taken off or is it the screw has been rounded off

Rotor arrived today as described and well packaged. Even has batterys in it

The grub scew that holds eye cover on is rounded,
The batteries in the rotor are brand new only put in to test before sending it!
