As far as I know there are no rules on how much slack you can have, and I'm pretty sure alot of players oversize on their jersey anyway.

Alot of manufacturer websites have sizing guides on their gear, so you can find what will fit

Most people, but not all, wear XL - 2XL jerseys. Of course you can get bigger and smaller if you prefer.

The worst that can happen is a ref will tell you to tuck your jersey in a bit.

it doesn't stipulate so either.

also it did say in the mills rulebook that "overly" baggy clothing was not allowed but that is obviously some what of a subjective term. That being said the last version of the mills rulebook published is dated 2006 :rolleyes:

I'm 6' and 12 stone and was rocking a XXXL jersey all last season and didn't get bothered by refs once.

I think discretion is given to Refs in most series - they can pull you up if they feel you're taking the micky trying to get bounces..
