That bottle is dot tested, so it's not legal over here. I don't think they make the same stubby bottle to our pi spec, i may be wrong but i've never seen one.
There are several suppliers over here that can supply you with a standard 48ci (0.8L) bottle/reg setup and cover.

give them a ring as the second one down (which is a 68ci/1.1L) may be a similar length as the fourth one (45ci/0.8L).

you can get some tiny bottles lol i am not sure where but the dye throttle bottles come in tiny sizes lol
