I have a 45ci Angel Air bottle, but where does it say the last, or first test date it had?

As far as I know, Angel Air bottles are Carleton cylinders, which have the manufacture date printed as 2-digit month and year either side of a big "C" symbol. So if it reads "12 C 02" that means it was manufactured in December 2002. Retesters usually stick their own label to the tank with the month and year of test as another pair of 2-digit numbers.
