Anyhow whats your answer to at least get the little bugger out replace it.

usual answer for me is to saw a ridge in it so i can use a screw driver but were talking a grub screw thats threaded underneath the body so cant get a Jr hack saw in

Anybody??

try hardware stores for screw grab/or similar.its a gritty solution that fills the gaps between the screw head and srewdriver,should work on a hex

drill that sucker, drop an allen key into it, lockitite the fuucker and then unscrew as per normal.

man its cool, and there's a huge chance you could screw your marker up which makes it proper exciting :)

much as I love the excitement that mario offers, I'm with Le-Pig. Stud extractors cost about a tenner for a couple of different sizes, and as long as it's not horrifically threaded or anything, it'll come out sweet as a nut when attached to a normal cordles drill on 'unwind' setting
