and if i had known it was broke i would of claimed on the insurance and got £500 instead of the £230 i got off him. but the gun wasnt broke so there was no need for me to keep the receipt
If you are saying item was working when you sent it, and we are saying item was faulty when it was received what are you worrying about?

I will be getting the guys who were at warfighters today to confirm what they saw and letting the mods know either way and I will be chasing this up Pete - its not going to magically go away like your hoping.
I'm not one to argue and when I phoned you; you were helpful enough to send it and in appearance it is as the picture suggested - good condition on the outside. But there is evidently something wrong with it; The video shows the marker not working; how does someone damage it like that?
I can only assume you knew it was damaged prior hence you wanting to sell it at such a marked down price and becoming defensive when I mentioned it when I text you earlier.
You know what I would do in your position? I would take it back because I wouldnt be wanting to ripp anyone off and get it fixed under the warranty - but then again I have a conscience and wouldnt even be selling a broken marker falsely advertised in the vain hope the buyer wont notice.
But thats the difference between good people and bad.
