If you're buying second-hand goods from a private seller (someone who doesn't sell goods for all or part of their living) your rights are nowhere near as strong as when buying from a shop.
The only protection is that it's correctly described and the owner has the right to sell it, it really is a case of buyer beware.
So if the seller says nowt or little about the goods and you buy it, then that's it. Even if it's shoddy, you weren't mis-sold, so have no comeback.
While the legal protection is strong, it doesn't matter what the rules are if the seller won't obey them. Yet this isn't always easy with consumer law, you need to sort out your own problems.

Bottom line is Danny has decided to save himself a few quid on paypal fees and is now paying the price.

Gambo has been painted in a very bad light here. The reality is he has done everything within his power to deliver within a reasonable timescale, Royal Mail's cock up is completely out of his hands and what can he be realistically expected to do? Hand deliver to Belfast?

As we say over here, catch yourself on ye buck eejit.........

All received and shoots great. Had a slight leak out of the inline reg but a quick strip and clean of the o-rings and we were back in business. Thanks Gambo

Gases that are compressed, liquefied or dissolved under pressure, permanent gases which cannot be liquefied at ambient temperatures, liquefied gases which become liquid under pressure at ambient temperatures, dissolved gases which are dissolved under pressure in a solvent.
1. All flammable compressed gases are prohibited e.g. blowlamps; butane; lighters and refills containing flammable liquid or gas; ethane; gas cylinders for camping stoves; hydrogen; methane and propane.
2. All toxic compressed gases are prohibited e.g. chlorine; fluorine etc.
3. All non-flammable compressed gases are prohibited e.g. air bags; scuba tanks, carbon dioxide; fire extinguishers; neon and nitrogen.
