Ruger 10/22 is a great place to start. Everyone makes stuff for that, so you can end up totally custom. I have a Green Mountain heavy target barrel on mine. At 50 yards it's a laser.

Awesome. The Hatsan is a great choice too!

Just to get me on the ladder. Over here it's a nightmare to get a FAC.

I'll need a sporter too then a nice little rifle. For foxes obviously.

Can you shoot 17HMR over there? It's still rim-fire, but its faster and more accurate than 22LR

Worth checking. It's rimfire, and the bullet is actually smallerm but with more powder, the round looks like a mini 223 and has a far better BC than 22.
you can get a drum mag for the Hatsan....

Sadly we are limited here to 2 round shotguns, the Hatsan gets away with 2+1 and you need very special permission for even a five shot.
